REFUND POLICY

We are proud with our products` quality. But if you are not satisfied with a product, we will give your money back.
We appreciate each our customer, so we will do our best to deal with your situation as soon as possible.
Please read the following information carefully before filling in the Standard Refund Form below.

You, the customer, should fill in the STANDARD REFUND FORM in order to start the refund process.
The Standard Refund Form should be filled in in details and pictures of the goods received have to be attached. You'll find all information regarding your order in the invoice received together with the parcel. Please be specific with your bank account details.
You can submit the Refund Request within 14 days after the receipt of the product.


After we receive the Refund Request, we will check it and we will arrange a refund to your bank account. Name of the bank account holder must be the same as the name of the receiver of the parcel.

We REFUND your money

The refund can take up to 14 business days.
Please fill all the information in details for us to be able to solve your situation in the best way.
After we arrange the refund, you'll get a payment confirmation via email.


STANDARD REFUND FORM

In case you received less items than you ordered, please select the option "Additional delivery" as reason for application.
In case you are not satisfied from a product, please select the option "Money refund" as reason for application.
By filling in this Form you, the cutomer, agree to receive your money back via a bank transfer.
